By completing and sending the registration form, you subscribe to the Packaging Herald magazine, and/or a selected newsletter, issued by KON Agency, s.r.o. You also give your consent to the processing of your personal data to the extent of the name and surname, e-mail address, phone, company name (“Personal Data”) by KON Agency, s.r.o., Company Registration No.: 041 26 297, registered office at Na Květnici 616/4, 140 00 Praha 4, entered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 242824. The provided data will be treated in accordance with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

You acknowledge that the KON Agency will process the Personal Data to the extent they were provided for the duration of this consent.

You provide your Personal Data on a voluntary basis, and you may withdraw your consent at any time in writing, by sending a notice to the registered office of the KON Agency, by e-mail to marketing@packagingherald.cz, or by clicking on an unsubscribe link, which can be found in each message sent.

In accordance with the applicable legislation, you have the right of access to the Personal Data, the right to rectify the data, as well as other rights, especially the right to ask in writing for the provision of information about your Personal Data processed by the KON Agency, for explanation if you doubt whether your data are processed in accordance with the law, or, if you think your data are inaccurate, for rectification of the situation, for blocking the incorrect personal data or for erasing them.
